OWNERSHIP

The consigned products listed above remain the property of Texas LED Lighting until they are sold and paid for in full pursuit to the terms in this agreement.

SALES & BILLING

The client as named above and here-in-after in "BILL TO" is solely responsible for the return of said goods in sellable condition or payment thereof within 90 days from date of this agreement.

SALES TAX

Sales tax will be paid by client's customer at the time of retail sale.

PRODUCT RETURN

Client will return said product that is unsold in 90 days in good sellable condition.  Client may also return product at anytime within the 90 day period at client expense after notifying Texas LED Lighting a week in advance.

SHIPPING

Client is responsible for shipping charges and product insurance of any product shipped from their or Texas LED Lighting locations.  Client agrees to pay shipping charges incurred by drop ship at the time of shipping.
